Welcome to Wazen, a habit tracking application. These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the Wazen mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service" or "App"). The Service is provided by techmaker.io.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Service.

To use the Service, you must create an account. You can create an account using your email and a password or by using third-party services like Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple. When using a third-party service, you authorize us to access and use certain account information from that service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Permitted Use: Wazen is a habit tracking application designed for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates any applicable law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.

User Data: You own all of your habit-tracking data. We use your data to provide you with user analysis within the app, to provide and improve the Service, and for app development. We will not share, sell, or disclose your personal data to third parties, except as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Wazen is a freemium application. A free tier is available to all logged-in users, which may include limited features.

Premium Subscription: To access premium features, you must purchase an auto-renewing subscription through an in-app purchase. The subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly, annually) unless you cancel it. The price, length of the subscription, and other details are as stated on the in-app purchase screen.

Payment and Cancellation: All payments are handled by Apple's App Store or Google Play's billing system. You must manage and cancel your subscriptions directly through your device's account settings (Apple ID or Google Play Store). You will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of your subscription term, except as required by law or as per the refund policies of Apple or Google.

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and all other content, is the exclusive property of the developer and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights to its content.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included. We do not guarantee any specific results from your use of the Service. You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall we, our affiliates, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jordan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Jordan.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website and in the App. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• These Terms are between you and the developer, not with Apple or Google. The developer is solely responsible for the Service and its content.
• Apple and Google have no obligation to provide any maintenance and support services with respect to the Service.
• In the event of any failure of the Service to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple or Google, and they will refund the purchase price for the subscription, if any, to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple and Google will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever.
• You are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist-supporting" country.
• You are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, they will have the right to enforce these Terms against you.
